What We Believe
1. The Trinity: We believe in one God who exists eternally in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, sharing the same divine essence, yet they have distinct roles in creation, salvation, and the life of believers
2. Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross to pay for humanity’s sins, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day. His resurrection provides the basis for salvation and eternal
3. Salvation: salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not earned by works but comes from trusting in Christ’s sacrificial death and resurrection. Salvation restores humanity’s relationship with God and grants forgiveness of sins
4. The Bible: The Bible is considered the inspired, “God-breathed” Word of God and the ultimate authority for faith and practice. It provides guidance for living, moral instruction, and understanding God’s will
5. The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is dwells within us, guiding, comforting, and empowering us to live according to God’s will. The Spirit also equips Christians for service and strengthens our faith
6. The Church and Community: The Church is the body of Christ, a community of believers called to worship God, teach His Word, fellowship, and spread the Gospel. We are encouraged to support one another, practice love and forgiveness, and share their faith with others
7. Moral and Ethical Living: We emphasize love, compassion, and forgiveness, following the example of Jesus. Believers are called to love their neighbors, care for the marginalized, and live lives that reflect God’s character
8. The Great Commission: Christians are instructed to make disciples of all nations, sharing the message of Jesus Christ and the transformative power of faith with others
